Cards + Volunteers

Hey guys,

I'll bring my spongebob cardz, chelz ;)

Anyway, I got about 4 volunteers from Singapore Poly who need like 8 CIP hours for a modular requirement so yeah, I told one fo them to email their details to our gmail!
One thing I'm worrying about is whether we're authorised to sign some form of theirs?

Grrrr.
